I had a chance to go with another company, but the way you presented Premier Healthcare by sending me a complete package, and answering my questions in a timely and friendly fashion, I knew I would get the best service with your company, which as it turned out, I most definitely did. We were not treated, in fact, but only got a "second medical opinion" which proved to be reliable and we appreciate it very much. I'd like to express my thanks to Astrid Eggers' dedication in organizing our healthcare trip to Hamburg, in choosing our accomodation place as we wished and in presenting the case to the medical team of the Asklepios Klinik. A special mention deserves dr. Muller, who explained to us in detail everything we should know about a future operation on my son's hand and about the timing of the intervention. This concept "medical tourism" proved to be fruitful for us until now.

The hospital is not really equipped to handle international patients. The staff did not speak any English, and if it had not been for Premier Healthcare to help out every now and then, communication would have been difficult.Premier was really outstanding in handling the process in the background. Despite the communication probs... the medical service was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a very good decision to work with Premier. I would do it again or recommend it to my family and friends!!!

Dear Astrid, I’d like to express my appreciation for your dedication and for the efforts of the entire team of Premier Health-Care in organizing the health-care trip to Hamburg for me and my son, starting with the meeting at the airport, choosing the accommodation place exactly as we wished and presenting the medical case of my son to the medical team at the Asklepios Clinik, as well as for giving us all the necessary details in an astonishing English language and prompting us to practice the German language knowledge. I’d like to mention especially the attention given to us by dr. Muller, who explained to us very patiently everything we should know about a future operation on my son’s hand. We thank you also for your suggestion to spend some good time in Hamburg. We visited Michaelis Kirche and the surroundings and we had a very pleasant Hamburg Hafen Rundfahrt, before we had to leave Germany. I should recommend to anyone our experience with PHC. A treatment that did not happen: Cartilage Repair from Canada
I have been considering doing my operation in Germany through Premier Healthcare in Hamburg, Germany. At first, I was a bit unsure about using a medical tourism company for this service, but my dealings with them so far have been very good. What impressed me about them was that although I asked them for ACI and Menaflex operations, after their doctors at the Arthro Clinic Hamburg saw my MRI, they ruled out these possibilities as my chondral lesion is so small that it doesn't show up on the MRI, and the medial meniscal tear is too small to be a candidate for Menaflex. In other words, this wasn't only about making money. They told me that I needed a regular meniscectomy, even though they offer those other operations. For now, I can get the meniscectomy done in the country where I'm staying, but I will use this company at a later date if my case warrants doing something bigger than a meniscectomy. Thank you so very much once again for arranging the examination. It was lovely to hear your 'hello' for me soon after I arrived for my appointment. Dr von Salisch was very nice and kindly reassured me concerning my ear problem. From my point of view everything went very smoothly - I hope this was also the case from the clinic's view point. I am grateful to you for recommending Hamburg because I so enjoyed the lakes, canals and the harbour - I did this first on Monday evening but when I had the chance I would return to them. The tour I went on on Tuesday was very good that is when I saw and learnt about the Elbphilarmonie, saw St Jacobi and lots of other places. The musical theme continued with a visit to the Brahms' museum where there is Brahms' piano. During my stay I visited Planten un Blomen and also the Botanical gardens on my way back from Blankenese where I was amazed to see a red squirrel (these have disappeared in the UK). Unfortunately I did not get to the Stairs Quarter - I really wanted to because I have so valued your advice but I was too shy to ask Dr von Salisch during his work. But when I come back to Hamburg I will definitely see it. Astrid, thank you so very much once again for all your help. When I do come back to Hamburg it would be lovely to meet you. Thanks for premier’s hospitality and help starting from arranging travel tickets , visa letters , arriving at Hamburg airport , translation services till saying good bye at the departure at airport. It is really premium services we experienced in Hamburg via premier and the hospital which seems very professional. Also, after arriving in our home country, Egypt, we still in communications with the hospital via premier to consult on my father’s post surgery results . Knee Replacement from the UK)on: Monday 15 November 2010 at 02:28 pm Dear MichaelAfter waiting, in pain, for over three years I looked on the internet, having heard of the possibility of treatment abroad. I chose Premier-healthcare.eu and it turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have ever made. From the moment I first made contact I felt in safe hands. The hospital was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and extremely professional, even the food was good!! My post operative care was second to none and I was up and walking in no time. The 'team' assigned to my case could not do enough for me, even bringing me books to read on a Sunday morning!! It is less than three months since my operation and apart from a little residual swelling, my knee is as good as it ever was. Was this a good decision? Yes. Would I have surgery here again? Definitely. The cost ? It worked out nearly £4000 cheaper than in Britain. Finally, having seen a little of Hamburg prior to my operation, I am coming back for the Christmas market with my wife and will enjoy walking, pain free, around this beautiful city. Foot Surgery from the UK)on: Monday 17 November 2010 at 05:35 pm After 3 months of frustration trying to sort out my foot problem with the NHS, and having arrived back at square one, I turned to you at Premier-healthcare in Germany and, having had the necessary surgery, I have only good things to say about the whole experience. Everyone at Premier Health has been efficient, kind and considerate; arrangements were made in about a week (and could have been faster) and the hospital in Hamburg was excellent - nearly everyone speaks enough English, the surgeon seems to have done a fantastic job (much less invasive than when I had similar treatment on the other foot a few years ago in England), nursing staff, the food, comfort of the beds, the physiotherapists .. everything was thought of and well thought of, too. I was even met at the airport and delivered back to check-in at the end of my visit so that nothing was left to chance. Ultimately I can give no greater seal of approval and satisfaction than to say if I ever need any more orthopaedic care (and we all hope that we never will but ..)
